You can easily cancel your subscription yourself in your account. Go to 'subscriptions' in your account. Click on the 'Pause or cancel subscription' button at the bottom of the page to cancel your subscription.
After receiving your free set, you have a 14-day cooling-off period. Your 14-day cooling-off period starts from the day after you receive the first pair of boxer shorts or set. If you withdraw within that period, you pay nothing. You can cancel your subscription at any time with one month's notice. Once you've cancelled, you'll receive a confirmation email straight away, stating the month of your last payment and delivery. You can always check the status of your subscription(s) in your account. When the status reads 'inactive' or 'soon inactive', your cancellation has been processed.
