Changing your size is very simple and you can arrange it quickly and easily via your account. You will immediately receive a confirmation email of the change.

If you adjust your size before the 19th of the month, you will receive your new size the following month. If you do this afterwards, you will receive another delivery in the old size. Keep the packaging closed and exchange it free of charge via a return request. Read how here:

Changing your address is very simple and you can arrange it quickly and easily via your account. You will immediately receive a confirmation email of the change.

If you change the address details before the 1st of the month, you can be assured that your upcoming deliveries will be delivered to your new address. If you do this afterwards, you will receive a delivery to your old address. This can be sent to us 'return to sender' free of charge. Read here how to do that. We will then forward it to your new address free of charge.

Please note that if you have multiple memberships in your account, you must change the addresses for each desired membership separately.

Changing your payment details is very simple and can be arranged quickly and easily via your account. You pay £1 for this. This verification payment will be refunded to you within a few days.

4. Link your new payment method.

Are you receiving a message that you cannot change or add your payment details? This may be because your payment details are already known to us and you have previously created an account with us. You can only create an account once with your IBAN number.

We have two styles of boxer shorts, Originals and One. When registering, choose one of the two options. Do you want to change your style in between? Changing is very simple and you can arrange it quickly and easily via your account. You will immediately receive a confirmation email of the change.

Do you no longer want to receive newsletters from us? Then you can easily unsubscribe from this at the bottom of the page of our newsletters.

You will then no longer receive offers and promotions from us by email. You cannot unsubscribe from mailings as part of an active membership, such as payment reminders.

If you want to have your data permanently removed from our system, please note that you can no longer participate in ON THAT ASS with this data. We disconnect your data and retain the details as described in our Privacy statement. You can also choose to temporarily pause or stop your account so that you can participate again at a later time.
