Changing data

Updating your address is a straightforward process that you can quickly and easily manage through your account. Upon making the change, you'll promptly receive a confirmation email confirming the update.

If you modify your address details before the 1st of the month, rest assured that your upcoming deliveries will be directed to your new address. However, if you do so after this date, you'll receive a delivery to your old address. Not to worry, you can simply send it back to us using 'return to sender' at no cost. Here's how:

  1. Log into your Account,
  2. Navigate to 'Memberships.'
  3. Select 'Address details.'
  4. Adjust your address accordingly.
  5. Save your selection, and we'll take care of the rest!

Please note that if you have multiple memberships in your account, you'll need to update the addresses for each membership separately.
