If you updated your membership before the 19th of the month, your revised selection will be delivered in the following month.

However, if changes were made after the 19th, you'll receive a delivery based on the previous size or design.

If you haven't made any adjustments, or if changes were made before the 19th but the wrong item was still received, we recommend initiating a return request through your Account.
