1. What does the 1+1 Deal mean?
When you sign up during this 1+1 Deal, we will give you not one, but two boxer shorts for free! Why? Because we want you to see and feel that you are making the best choice. And to thank you for being and staying ON THAT ASS member.  Because this promotion is only for those who remain members after the trial period!

Everyone who signs up with ON THAT ASS will receive a free pair of boxer shorts. With this promotion, you will receive a 2nd pair of free boxer shorts if you remain a member after the trial period.
 

2. When do I get my (free) boxer shorts?
You will receive your first free boxer shorts within 7 working days. Once the trial period is over and you stay with us, we reward you with a 2nd pair for free. If you decide to cancel in the trial period, the 2nd free pair of boxer shorts will no longer be valid. But if you remain a member after the trial period, your monthly payments and deliveries will start. And you will receive the extra free boxer shorts at the same time as your first paid delivery. 
 

3. Can I choose my free boxer shorts? 
You choose the design of your first free boxer shorts during registration.  The second pair of free boxer shorts is a randomly selected design, from our older collection. The second boxer shorts can therefore be the same design you received as your first free delivery. These ‘Mystery’ boxer shorts are randomly selected and shipped, we cannot exchange them.
 

4. How often can I participate in the 1+1 Deal?
When creating an additional membership, you do not receive a free pair of boxer shorts. You can participate in the 1+1 Deal only once. This only applies to a completely new account with unique data.
 

5. I canceled during my free trial, why don't I get a second pair of free boxer shorts?
Once the trial period is over and you are still with us, we reward you with a 2nd pair of free boxer shorts. If you decide to cancel the in trial period, the 2nd free boxer shorts will no longer be valid. The second free boxer shorts are only for those who remain members.
 

6. Do the Socks also participate in the 1+1 Deal?
The Socks do not participate in the 1+1 Deal. This is only valid for the boxer shorts.
 

7. What happens next?
From now on, you will pay every month around the 27th. If you decide to cancel your membership during the trial period, no problem, you can immediately set your membership to inactive (after 7 days). The 1+1 Deal is then definitively over for you. As a result, you will not receive any payments or deliveries. If you continue to participate, you will pay every month from then on around the 27th, and we will deliver to you the following month, between the 17th and the 23rd, a brand new pair of boxer shorts with the latest design. So with your first paid delivery, an extra package will arrive in the mail. The packages are sent separately from each other and will therefore also arrive separately in the post.  You have an ongoing membership until you cancel.
