How do I change my size?
Changing your size is very simple and can be done quickly and easily via your account. You will immediately receive an e-mail confirming the change.
If you change your size before the 25th of the month, you will receive your new size the following month. If you do this after that, you will receive another delivery in the old size. Keep the packaging closed and exchange it free of charge via a return request. Read here how.

- Select 'Boxer Shorts' or 'Socks',
- Adjust the size,
- Save your choice, we'll do the rest!

How do I change my address?
Changing your address is very simple and can be done quickly and easily via your account. You will immediately receive an e-mail confirming the change.
If you change your address before the 1st of the month, you will be sure that your upcoming deliveries will be sent to your new address. If you do this after that, you will receive another delivery to your old address. This can be sent back 'Return to Sender' to us free of charge. Read here how. We will then forward it to your new address free of charge.
Please note that if you have several memberships in your account, you must change the addresses separately for each membership.

How do I change my payment details?
Changing your payment details is very simple and can be done easily and quickly via your account. You pay €1 for a credit card and PayPal is free of charge. We do not accept prepaid credit cards. This verification payment will be refunded to you within a few days.

- Select 'My Details'
- Click on 'Payment Details'
- Link your new payment method with a verification.
Did you receive a message that changing or adding your payment details was unsuccessful? This could be because your payment details are already known to us and you have already created an account with us. A payment method cannot be used for multiple accounts.

How do I change between Originals and One?
We have two styles of boxer shorts, Originals and One. When you register, you choose one of the two options. Do you want to change styles? Changing is very simple and can be done quickly and easily via your account. You will immediately receive an e-mail confirming the change.
If you change the style before the 25th of the month, you will receive your new choice the following month. If you do this after that, you will receive another delivery in the old style. Keep the packaging closed and exchange it free of charge via a return request. Read here how.

How do I delete my data?
If you would like to have your data permanently removed from our system, please note that you will no longer be able to participate in ON THAT ASS with this data. We will unlink your data, retaining the details as described in our privacy statement. You can also choose to temporarily pause or stop your account so that you can participate again at a later time.
To request the deletion of your data, please contact our Customer Service Team.
Conditions for removing your data:
- All payments must have been made.
- Your account must have been cancelled
- You must have received your last delivery.
