The monthly payment will be made via the payment method you linked when you signed up. Additional added members do not receive free boxer shorts, this only applies to new accounts. However, the first pair of Socks is always free. Read the terms and conditions here.

You can also have extra membership deliveries delivered to another address. This is extra nice if you would like to offer a membership a gift.

Every member receives the design of the month, so if you have several memberships, you will receive the design of the month several times. You can choose between printed and plain boxer shorts by creating an extra Originals or an extra One membership.

All monthly deliveries are delivered in the same period. As they are separate packages, they may arrive separately on different days. Did you not receive your monthly delivery, or part of it, after the 23rd? Request a new one here quickly and easily.

ON THAT ASS does not have a webshop to order extra or older boxer shorts and/or Socks. The boxer shorts and Socks are available exclusively through our membership. We promise that there are some amazing designs coming up.

You can create up to 5 extra memberships in your account to receive more boxer shorts per month. You can choose from the Originals or the One collection. Matching Socks are also available!

Would you like the free pair of boxer shorts to be delivered to your own address so you can give them personally? Then enter your own address when you register and change it later to the recipient's address. Read here how. 

Decide for how long you join. Would you like to give a certain number of months of membership as a gift? Then you can already set the membership to stop in the month of your choice. Then you don't have to think about it after that.
