What is it?

The Loyalty Programme is ON THAT ASS's savings programme. As a member, you receive €10 shopping credit every month with your boxer shorts. You can use this credit for exclusive ON THAT ASS items in the webshop.

How does it work?

Every month, you automatically save Shop credit. You can use the Shop credit to score cool items in our webshop.

  • Shop credit is always in euros. It is virtual and cannot be exchanged for cash or used for outstanding payments.
  • You cannot buy items by adding money.
  • Shop credit from multiple accounts cannot be combined. Or be split between different accounts.
  • You will receive €10 Shop credit each month for a successful debit, regardless of the number of memberships in an account.
  • By sharing the personal code (found in your account) you can earn extra Shop credit. You can share the link with as many people as you like. You will receive a maximum of 2x €10, so you can earn a maximum of €20 this way.
  • You pay shipping costs per order. The amount is shown in the webshop during checkout. This is paid in cash and cannot be paid with credit.
  • If you cancel, your Shop credit is gone.
  • If you pause, your Shop credit remains.
  • We have sizes XS to 3XL. For now we don't have boys' sizes, maybe in the future.
  • NL started in August, the rest of the countries October.
  • To differentiate between new members and existing members, we gave members who had already joined us before the Loyalty Program had started, some start Shop credit. There is no negotiation about the Shop credit.

Do I have to pay to join the Loyalty Program?

Joining the savings programme is automatic if you are a member and is free of charge.

What can I do with the shopping credit?
  • You can redeem the saved shopping credit for exclusive ON THAT ASS items in the webshop. These include hoodies, jumpers and trousers. The webshop is updated with new cool products throughout the year!
  • The credit cannot be redeemed in cash or used for outstanding payments. Shopping credit from multiple accounts cannot be combined.

Where can I find my shopping credit?

Your existing shop credit is always in your account. If you are logged in, you will also find your current shopping credit in our webshop.

What happens if you cancel?

The Loyalty Program is for active members only. If you cancel your membership, you will lose your shopping credit.

What happens if you pause?

If you want to pause, we will freeze your shopping credit. So you will keep your credit, but will not receive any monthly shopping credit while you are on pause. During your break, you will not be able to redeem your credit in the shop for exclusive items.

How much credit do I get?

Upon registration, you will immediately receive €10 shopping credit as a welcome gift. After that, you will receive €10 shopping credit every month with a successful direct debit, regardless of the number of memberships you have in your account.

Can I earn extra credit?

Yes! With your unique code, friends can receive free boxer shorts and you will receive €10 per friend who signs up. You can earn up to €20 credit with this. Your unique code can be found in your account under "Shopping credit".

When will I receive my credit?

When you register, you will immediately receive €10 shopping credit as a welcome gift. After that, the shopping credit will be credited monthly between the 10th and 16th of the month after a successful direct debit.

Do I pay shipping costs?

Yes, you pay shipping costs per order. You will see the shipping amount in the webshop during checkout.

Can I return my order?

You can return the order within 30 days. Simply submit a return request via your account. Fill in the return form and send the package with the return form to us. Return costs are at your own expense.

  • As soon as we have received your package, you will receive your shopping credit back in your account within 14 days. This will allow you to redeem your shopping credit again for a Loyalty product, exchange is not possible.
  • We only accept items if they are unworn and have the attached label.
