Would you like to cancel your ON THAT ASS membership? Just complete our cancellation form. Heads-up: we can only cancel your membership if there are no outstanding payments. Also good to know: when you cancel, you’ll lose any loyalty points left in your account.

You don’t have to cancel your ON THAT ASS membership straight away. You can also pause it for up to 3 months if you don’t want to receive any products for a while. Getting something every month feels like a bit much? Just change the delivery frequency in your account – for example, to every other month. That way, you stay a member and still enjoy our unique designs at your own pace.

- If you have multiple memberships under one account, or if you have several customer accounts that you wish to cancel, please submit a cancellation request for each individual membership using this form..
You may cancel your membership at any time. The cancellation will take effect after a one-month notice period, as specified in our . If you have not specified a particular end date, we will terminate your membership on the earliest possible date following the one-month period.
