How does the subscription work?

After completing your verification payment, we'll send your free set straight away as part of your membership. We think it's important that you can test the product for free. After you receive your set you'll have 14 days to test it and cancel your membership free of charge, after which you'll pay £12.99 per month and receive a unique hipster each month plus a matching bralette every season. Cancellable at any time with one month's notice.

When will I receive my free set?
Your first set is free when you sign up for a subscription. After your registration, your free set will be in your mailbox within 7 working days!
When will my monthly items be delivered?
You will always receive your monthly item(s) between the 17th and 23rd of the month. We deliver your new underwear for free to your home, right in your mailbox. Speaking of ultimate convenience!
Do you have a notice period?
Upon receiving your free set, you can try it out for 14 days, which is your cooling-off period. If you withdraw within this period, you won't be charged, and your subscription will be terminated. Cancellable at any time with one month's notice.
