How does the subscription work?

After completing your verification payment, we'll send your free set straight away as part of your membership. We think it's important that you can test the product for free. After you receive your set you'll have 14 days to test it and cancel your membership free of charge, after which you'll pay £12.99 per month and receive a unique hipster each month plus a matching bralette every season.

When will I receive my free set?
After your registration, your free set will be in your mailbox within 6 working days!
When will my monthly items be delivered?
You will always receive your monthly item(s) between the 17th and 23rd of the month. The hipster and bralette are shipped separately. We deliver your new underwear for free to your home, right in your mailbox. Speaking of ultimate convenience!
Do you have a notice period?
Upon receiving your free set, you can try it out for 14 days, which is your cooling-off period. If you cancel within this period, you won't be charged, and your subscription will be terminated. After the initial 14 days, we require a one-month notice period for cancellations. If you cancel before the 20th of the month, there will be one more payment and one more delivery.
