How does the subscription work?

Once your verification payment is complete, we will send your free boxer short straight away as part of your subscription. We believe it is important that you can try the product for free. After receiving your boxer short, you have 14 days to test them and cancel your membership free of charge. After that, you pay €12,99 per month and receive the coolest boxers in your mailbox every month.

We're convinced about our boxer shorts, which is why after a successful sign up you get your first pair free to test. After receiving your free pair of boxer shorts, you have a 14-day cooling-off period. Your cooling-off period starts from the day after you receive the first pair of boxer shorts or set. If you cancel within that period, you pay nothing and you'll keep one free pair of boxer shorts. Did you sign up during the 1+1 promotion and stay a member? Then you'll receive an extra free (mystery) pair of boxer shorts with your next delivery. You can always cancel the subscription with one month's notice. During your subscription, you receive a new design every month for a fixed monthly amount. Will you go for bold and colourful or a unique print?
Why do I get the first boxer short for free?
You get the first boxer short from us. Why? We want to show you and let you feel that you're making the best choice. That's how convinced we are of our product!
When will my monthly design be delivered?
You will always receive your monthly delivery between the 17th and 23rd of the month. We deliver your new boxer short to your home for free, right in your mailbox. Talk about ultimate convenience!
Do you have a notice period?
After receiving your boxer shorts, you can cancel your subscription immediately within the first 14 days. After your first 14 days, we apply a month's notice period. If you cancel before the 20th of the month, there will be one payment and one delivery.
