You can easily change your size in your account. Go to 'Memberships' and then to 'Manage Memberships'. Here you can easily change the size of your membership.
If you have multiple memberships in your account, you will need to change the sizes separately for each membership.
Note: If you change your size before the 19th of the month, you will receive your new size the following month. If you change your size after the 19th, you will receive one more delivery in the old size.

If you have multiple memberships in your account, you need to change the names/addresses separately for each membership.
Note: If you change your address details before the 30th of the month, the upcoming delivery will be sent to your new address. If you do it after the 30th of the month, you will receive one more delivery at your old address.
Did this help you?You can easily change your payment details in your account. Go to 'Settings' and then click on 'Payment Details' to update your payment information. You will need to make a verification payment.
If you receive a message that changing or adding your payment details is unsuccessful, it may be because your payment details are already known to us and you have previously created an account with ON THAT ASS. You can only create a Men account once with your IBAN number.
