ON THAT ASS offers various subscriptions for both men and women. Check the monthly amount for each of our memberships below:

• Men Originals: boxer shorts with unique and surprising designs (€11.99 per month).
• Men One: elegant boxer shorts in solid colours (€11.99 per month).
• Boys Originals: boxer shorts for boys with unique and adventurous prints (€9.99 per month).
• Women Underwear: hipsters in subtle colours and matching free bralettes (€12.99 per month).
• Socks Regular: high socks that perfectly match the designs of our boxer shorts €8.99 per month).
• Socks Sneakers: low socks with the same designs as the boxer shorts (€8.99 per month).

With an active Women membership, you get a discount on your Socks! You will then pay only €4.99 p/month instead of €8.99.

During the registration process, we ask you to make a verification payment. This is to link the payment details to the correct account and to prevent misuse.

By verifying your payment details, you authorize the direct debit. Please refer to our terms of use to read more about this.

After your reflection period ends, the costs of your subscription(s) are debited each month around the 23rd via direct debit. We use the bank account number that you linked at the time of registration. By verifying your payment method, you agree to the monthly payments.

If the payment fails due to certain circumstances, we will send you multiple payment reminders via email, so you can still make the payment.

You can easily change your payment details in your account. Go to 'Settings' and then click on 'Payment details' to adjust your payment details. For this you make a verification payment of €0.02.

Are you receiving a message that you cannot change or add your payment details? This may be because your payment details are already known to us and you have previously created an account with ON THAT ASS. You can only create a Men account once with your IBAN number.

You can only stop a direct debit by pausing or cancelling your membership. You can easily manage this yourself in your account via the black button at the bottom of the page in 'Memberships'. By verifying your payment details, you agreed to the monthly direct debits.

Your free set was sent immediately after completing your registration. We emailed you about the expiry of your 14-day reflection period. Your subscription then started, and is now active. After the reflection period, we debit monthly around the 23rd. The corresponding delivery is always between the 17th and 23rd the following month.

Did you not receive an e-mail from us about the expiry of your reflection period? Please check if you used the correct e-mail address when registering, also check your spam box.

At ON THAT ASS, you always pay for the month in advance. The monthly direct debit always occurs around the 23rd of the month. You will receive the monthly delivery the following month, between the 17th and 23rd.
