To cancel a paused subscription, you must first reactivate the paused subscription. This also means that we will apply a one-month notice period when you proceed with the cancellation.
It's good to know: during the pause of your subscription, we freeze your shop credit. You retain your existing shop credit, but you will not receive monthly shopping credit as long as it is paused.
