Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel (terminate) the subscription you have taken out or the purchase agreement you have entered into free of charge within the cooling-off period. The cooling-off period lasts 14 days.

When does the cooling-off period start?

For your subscription, the cooling-off period starts the day after you receive your first product from the subscription. For a separate purchase, the cooling-off period starts the day after you receive your ordered product. If you have purchased multiple products in one order, the cooling-off period starts the day after you receive the last product.

How do you exercise the right of withdrawal?

To exercise the right of cancellation, you can inform us of your decision to cancel (terminate) the subscription or the purchase agreement by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g., in writing, by email or by post). If you use this online function, we will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt on a durable data carrier (for example, by email), stating the content and the date and time of submission.

You must have notified us that you wish to cancel before the end of the 14th day of the cooling-off period.

How do you handle a product during the cooling-off period?

During the cooling-off period, you must handle the product and the packaging sent with it with care. You may only unpack and use the product to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. The basic principle here is that you may only handle and inspect the product in the same way as you would in a shop. You are only liable for any depreciation in the value of the product resulting from handling the product in a manner that goes beyond what is permitted, as described above. An exception to the above applies if you cancel your subscription during the cooling-off period. You may keep the first free product you received as part of your subscription when exercising your right of withdrawal. You can therefore do anything you like with that free first product during the cooling-off period, and you are not liable for any depreciation in value.

Returning the product

You must return the product you ordered as soon as possible, but in any case within 14 days of the day on which you informed us that you are cancelling the subscription or the purchase agreement. This does not apply if you cancel your subscription during the cooling-off period that begins after receipt of the first free product included in your subscription. You do not need to return such a free first product when cancelling your subscription.

When returning the product, you must return it with all accessories supplied, unworn and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging. The cost of returning the product is at your own expense.

Refunds

If you cancel the subscription or the purchase agreement, you will receive back from us any payments you have made up to that point, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and in any case no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to cancel the subscription or the purchase agreement. We will refund you using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. If you cancel a subscription under which you received a first free product, you will of course be refunded any verification payment you may have made to us.

We will not charge you any fees for the refund.

We do not have to refund any delivery costs you have paid if you have ordered multiple products at the same time and cancel and return part of the order. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product back, or until you have provided proof that you have returned the product, whichever is the earlier.
