Don't worry, you can easily and quickly make a return request via 'Orders' in your account. You will receive a new delivery within 14 working days.

Have you received a wrongly delivered package that was actually meant for someone else? Then you can return the package for free. Write 'return to sender' on the packaging and send it by mailbox.
Did this help you?In your account, you can easily make a return request for a Loyalty product. Submit a return request through your account. Fill in the return form and send the package with the return form to us. Return costs are at your own expense.
We only accept items if they are unworn and have the attached label. Once we have received your package, we will refund your shopping credit within 14 days back to your account. You can then use this credit to redeem for another Loyalty product. Exchanges are not possible.
