You can easily cancel your subscription in your account. Go to ‘Memberships’ in your account and click the ‘Change subscription’ button in the menu. Here you can pause or cancel your subscription.
After receiving your free set, you have a 14-day cooling-off period. Your 14-day cooling-off period starts from the day after you receive the first pair of boxer shorts or set. If you withdraw within that period, you pay nothing. You can cancel your subscription at any time with one month's notice. Once you've cancelled, you'll receive a confirmation email straight away, stating the month of your last payment and delivery.
You can always check the status of your subscription(s) in your account. When the status reads 'inactive' or 'soon inactive', your cancellation has been processed.
