Your shopping credit is credited monthly to your personal wallet in your account (between the 10th and 16th of the month) upon successful direct debit. You receive €10 in shopping credit every month, regardless of the number of memberships in your account.

The saved shopping credit can be exchanged for exclusive ON THAT ASS items in the webshop. These include hoodies, sweaters, and trousers. The webshop is replenished with new cool products throughout the year!
The credit cannot be paid out in cash or used for outstanding payments. Shopping credit from multiple accounts cannot be combined either.

Did this help you?During your pause period, we freeze your shopping credit. So, you keep your saved shopping credit, but you will not receive monthly shopping credit as long as you are on pause. During your pause period, you cannot exchange your shopping credit in the webshop for exclusive items.
Did this help you?Yes, you pay shipping costs for each Loyalty order. You earn the products for free; you only have to pay for the shipping costs. This amount is calculated during checkout.
Did this help you?You can return your Loyalty order within 30 days. You can easily submit a return request via your account. Fill in the return form and send the package with the return form back to us. Return costs are at your own expense.
Once we have received your package, you will receive your shopping credit back in your account within 14 days. With this, you can exchange your shopping credit again for a Loyalty product; exchanges are not possible. We only accept items if they are unworn and have the attached label.
