Ready for a break? You can pause your subscription at any time in your account for a period of one to a maximum of three months. Do you have several subscriptions in one account and want to pause more than one? Then you need to pause each subscription separately. When you pause a subscription, you receive a confirmation email from us with all the important information. You can always reactivate the paused subscription.
Once your chosen pause period has ended, the subscription is automatically resumed. For pausing we apply a processing period of one month. This means that there will always be at least one more payment and at least one more delivery of a product.

After receiving your free boxer short, you have a 14-day cooling-off period. Your 14-day cooling-off period starts from the day after you receive the first pair of boxer shorts or set. If you withdraw within that period, you pay nothing. You can cancel your subscription at any time with one month's notice. Once you've cancelled, you'll receive a confirmation email straight away, stating the month of your last payment and delivery.
You can always check the status of your subscription(s) in your account. When the status reads 'inactive' or 'soon inactive', your cancellation has been processed.

It's good to know: during the pause of your subscription, we freeze your shop credit. You retain your existing shop credit, but you will not receive monthly shopping credit as long as it is paused.
