You can easily pause your membership yourself in your account. Pausing is possible from 4 days after your registration and can be extended for up to 3 months.

Go to 'Memberships' in your account. At the bottom of the page, click on the button 'Pause or cancel membership', and then select the reason: 'I have enough boxer shorts for now' to proceed with pausing.

We apply a one-month notice period for pausing. Therefore, at least one payment and one delivery will occur after the pause. You will receive a confirmation email of your pause with all the information. Once your pause ends, your membership will automatically restart.

If you want to pause multiple memberships, you need to pause each one separately.

During your 14-day reflection period, you can cancel immediately. After the trial period and with an active membership, we apply a one-month notice period. After cancelling, you will immediately receive a confirmation email of the cancellation, including the month of your last payment and delivery.

You can always find the status of your membership(s) in your account. When the status is 'inactive' or 'soon to be inactive', your cancellation has been processed.

When you first sign up for ON THAT ASS, you have a 14-day reflection period, which begins after you have received your first delivery. Within this 14-day period, you can terminate your subscription immediately without any charge. After the reflection period and with an active membership, we apply a one-month notice period.

After you cancel, you will immediately receive a confirmation email of the cancellation, which includes the month of your last payment and delivery.

There are no charges for cancelling your subscription. You can manage your cancellation easily and free of charge in your account. However, we do have a notice period. You can read more about the notice period in the question above.

Note: external parties (such as opzeggen.nl) may charge additional fees for this service. The processing time and extra costs do not provide you with any benefits.

To cancel a paused membership, you must first reactivate the paused membership. This also means that we will apply a one-month notice period when you proceed with the cancellation.

It's good to know: during the pause of your subscription, we freeze your shop credit. You retain your existing shop credit, but you will not receive monthly shopping credit as long as it is paused.
