You have the right to cancel the membership you have entered into free of charge and without giving any reason. The 14-day cooling-off period starts on the day after you have received your first member product and if you have taken out a membership with us.

During the cooling-off period, you must handle the member product and its packaging with care. This means that you may only unpack and use the member product to the extent necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and functioning. Our starting point is that you may only handle and inspect the member product as you would in a shop. You are liable for any reduction in value of the member product resulting from handling the member product in a way that goes beyond what is described above.
After you have informed us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return the ordered member product within 14 days of having informed us.* You must return the member product with all accessories supplied, unworn and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging.
The costs of returning the member product are at your own expense.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments we have received from you up to that point no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. We will refund you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, we will not charge you any fees for such a refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the member product back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the product, whichever occurs first.
*You may keep a welcome gift when exercising the right of withdrawal. You therefore do not need to return the welcome gift to us if you exercise your right of withdrawal.
