Our Memberships

• Men Originals: boxer shorts with unique and surprising designs (€11.99 per month).
• Men One: elegant boxer shorts in solid colours (€11.99 per month).
• Boys Originals: boxer shorts for boys with unique and adventurous prints (€9.99 per month).
• Socks Regular: high socks that perfectly match the designs of our boxer shorts €8.99 per month).
• Socks Sneakers: low socks with the same designs as the boxer shorts (€8.99 per month).

With an active boxer shorts membership, you get a discount on your Socks! You then pay only €4.99 per month instead of €8.99.

During the registration process, we ask you to make a verification payment of €0.02. This is to link the payment details to the correct account and to prevent misuse.

By verifying your payment details, you authorize the direct debit. Please refer to our terms of use to read more about this.

After your reflection period ends, the costs of your subscription(s) are debited each month around the 23rd via direct debit. We use the bank account number that you linked at the time of registration. By verifying your payment method, you agree to the monthly payments.

If the payment fails due to certain circumstances, we will send you multiple payment reminders via email, so you can still make the payment.

It can happen that you miss a payment or that the amount cannot be debited. You can easily and securely make the outstanding payment via your account or through the payment reminder in your email. No products are delivered with an outstanding payment.

By verifying your payment details, you give permission for the monthly debit entry via direct debit. When you cancel your subscription, we apply a notice period of one month, and you have a payment obligation.

You can only stop a direct debit by pausing or cancelling your membership. You can easily manage this yourself in your account via the black button at the bottom of the page in 'Memberships'. By verifying your payment details, you agreed to the monthly direct debits.

Your free boxer shorts were sent immediately after completing your registration. We emailed you about the end of your 14-day reflection period. Your subscription then started and is now active. After the reflection period, direct debits will take place every month around the 23rd. The delivery of these boxer shorts always occurs between the 17th and 23rd of the following month.

If you didn't receive an email from us about the end of your reflection period, please check if you used the correct email address during registration and also check your spam box.

At ON THAT ASS, you always pay for the month in advance. The monthly direct debit always occurs around the 23rd of the month. You will receive the monthly delivery the following month, between the 17th and 23rd.

If you think you have missed a delivery, you can check this in 'Orders' in your account. If something doesn't seem right, or if you have a question about your delivery, please contact us.

You will probably receive payment reminders because you have an outstanding payment with us.
