You can easily pause your subscription yourself in your account. Pausing is possible for up to 3 months.
Go to 'Memberships' in your account. Click the 'Pause or cancel membership' button at the bottom of the page, then select the reason: 'I've had enough hipsters for now' to proceed to pause.
We apply a one-month notice period for pausing. Therefore, at least one payment and one delivery will occur after the pause. You will receive a confirmation email of your pause with all the information. Once your pause ends, your membership will automatically restart.
If you want to pause multiple memberships, you need to pause each one separately.

During your 14-day cooling-off period, you can cancel your subscription immediately and pay nothing. After this period, you can cancel at any time with one month's notice. Once you've cancelled, you'll receive a confirmation email straight away, stating the month of your last payment and delivery. You can always check the status of your subscription(s) in your account. When the status reads 'inactive' or 'soon inactive', your cancellation has been processed.

Please note that external parties charge extra for this. So the processing time and extra fees do not give you any benefits.
Did this help you?To cancel a paused subscription, you must first reactivate the paused subscription. This also means that we will apply a one-month notice period when you proceed with the cancellation.
It's good to know: during the pause of your subscription, we freeze your shop credit. You retain your existing shop credit, but you will not receive monthly shopping credit as long as it is paused.
