You can easily change your size in your account. Go to 'Memberships' and then to 'Manage Memberships'. Here you can easily change the size of your membership.

If you have multiple memberships in your account, you will need to change the sizes separately for each membership.

Note: If you change your size before the 19th of the month, you will receive your new size the following month. If you change your size after the 19th, you will receive one more delivery in the old size.

You can easily change your address details in your account. Go to 'Memberships' and then to 'Manage Memberships'. Here you can easily change your name and/or address details.

If you have multiple memberships in your account, you need to change the names/addresses separately for each membership.

Note: If you change your address details before the 30th of the month, the upcoming delivery will be sent to your new address. If you do it after the 30th of the month, you will receive one more delivery at your old address.

You can easily change your payment details in your account. Go to 'Settings' and then click on 'Payment Details' to update your payment information. You will need to make a verification payment.

If you receive a message that changing or adding your payment details is unsuccessful, it may be because your payment details are already known to us and you have previously created an account with ON THAT ASS. You can only create a Men account once with your IBAN number.

At sign-up, you choose between two styles of boxer shorts: Originals (with print) and One (without print). If you want to switch styles later, go to 'Memberships' in your account, click under 'Manage Memberships' on the membership you want to change, and change your type of membership.

Note: If you change the type of membership before the 19th of the month, you will receive your new choice the following month. If you change it after the 19th, you will receive one more delivery in the old style.

If you no longer wish to receive newsletters from us, you can unsubscribe at the bottom of the email. You will then no longer receive offers and promotions from us by email. However, you cannot unsubscribe from mailings regarding important information with an active membership, such as payment reminders.

If you want to permanently delete your data from our system, please be aware that you will no longer be able to participate in ON THAT ASS with these details. We will dissociate your data while retaining details as described in our Privacy statement. To request the deletion of your data, please contact our customer service. Alternatively, you can choose to temporarily pause or stop your account, allowing you to rejoin at a later time.

Conditions for deleting your data:

• All payments must have been made.
• Your account must be cancelled.
• You must have received your last delivery. If you have not received your delivery yet, we would be happy to resolve this, click here.
