Don't worry, you can easily and quickly make a return request via 'Orders' in your account. You will receive a new delivery within 14 working days.

Did this help you?You do not need to return a faulty item. If it is still in good condition, for example, in the case of a wrong size, you may give it away. We do not accept returns for refunds.
During your 14-day cooling-off period, you can cancel immediately. After the cooling-off period, and with an active membership, we apply a notice period of one month. After your cancellation, you will receive a confirmation email of the cancellation, stating the month of your last payment and delivery.
Did this help you?In your account, you can easily make a return request for a Loyalty product. Submit a return request through your account. Fill in the return form and send the package with the return form to us. Return costs are at your own expense.
We only accept items if they are unworn and have the attached label. Once we have received your package, we will refund your shopping credit within 14 days back to your account. You can then use this credit to redeem for another Loyalty product. Exchanges are not possible.
