Monthly deliveries arrive between the 17th and 23rd of each month. At ON THAT ASS, you always pay in advance, so the monthly delivery occurs the month after payment. All monthly deliveries will be made during the same period. As they are separate packages, they may arrive separately on your doormat.

Have you not received your first ON THAT ASS product within 4 working days? Or have you not received the monthly delivery, or part of it, after the 23rd? Don't worry, you can easily and quickly make a return request via 'Orders' in your account. You will receive a new delivery within 14 working days.
